Hanging since iOS 10 when Zoom is activated

Hello everyone,

did anyone notice this issue? When I activate "Zoom" in the accessibilities I have a lot of freezes, lagg, when scrolling through the settings, widgets and third-party apps like Facebook.

Can anyone help me and gibe me a solution for this problem? I already refreshed my iPhone with a previous BackUp
